Vintage Festival 2011 - The Vintage Love Boat

All aboard!
Party hearty on The Love Boat at London's Vintage Festival
As part of the greatest gathering of all things Vintage being held this year at London's Southbank Centre, The Love Boat will be a unique highlight not to be missed. A celebration of all things nautical, kitsch and disco, The Love Boat promises passengers a retro summer party palace as it cruises the Thames on one of the rivers oldest boats - The MV Royalty.
With five different themed vintage socials a day, hosted by a selection of five-star disc jockeys (including Anna Greenwood from Guilty Pleasures, Glenn Tilbrook from Squeeze and Eddie Piller from Acid Jazz) and the colourfully kitsch boat crew, you can party under a giant disco ball all whilst enjoying the spectacular views of London from the Thames.
From Champagne brunch through to midnight at Big Ben, be swept away by the spectacle that is The Love Boat - get the party started with the disco roller-girls, be snapped with the charming Love Boat Captain whilst nibbling on a pineapple stick or fondue from the nostalgic buffet.
The price to party on The Love Boat is £20 per ticket (+ booking fee) and it will set sail from Festival Pier, the heart of the Marketplace during The Vintage Festival weekend.
Details: FRIDAY 29th, SATURDAY 30th AND SUNDAY 31st July 2011
