I have just heard that London's V&A museum are showcasing some of Grace Kelly's Hollywood wardrobe in April 2010.
The show will include three sections; "The Actress", "The Bride" and "The Princess".
The exhibition, Grace Kelly: Style Icon, will feature dresses from her films including High Society and Rear Window and the dress she wore to accept her Oscar for Country Girl in 1955.
The show will feature some of her most famous outfits from both film and her personal life and the public will be able to see how Grace Kelly's style evolved from actress to princess. Not only will we be able to spy Grace's gorgeous dresses and suits, but her famous accessories too including the famous Hermes "Kelly" bag named after the princess will be on display.
I love Grace Kelly and have done since I first watched "High Society" which was shown to me before the age of 10 and both Kelly and that film is what made me decide to live the vintage way of life and throw myself into the 50s. I cannot wait for this exhibit and will be there with belles and a prom dress on trying to get a glimpse of Grace Kelly's fabulous clothes!
Exhibition opens April 17th - September 26th at The Victoria & Albert Museum, London.
