Winter in the Village

Today the weather is too cold to leave the house and too cloudy to take pictures. A perfect day to take you on a Winter tour of The Village. This barn marks our entry into the Village area. Every time I see it I sigh. My cares melt away.
 
 
This is my happy place.

 
The place that feels like home.
 
The place my heart longs to be.

 
This morning I sent an email to our realtor. And now we wait.

 
We wait to see if our crazy/brave dream of moving to The Village might become a reality this year.  Or if we will have to wait a bit longer.

 
We know that good things come to those who wait. We know that if it's meant to be, it will be. We know that it is out of our hands. We also know that we are so ready right now and sometimes it's hard to be patient.
