And the Correct Number is...

 House #4! I can't believe how many of you guessed correctly. Here is the rest of the tour.

 This is the front downstairs bedroom. It would be a great studio.


 The family room.

 The mudroom off the kitchen.


 The sitting room off the master bedroom.


 Upstairs bedroom that would be Emma's. It even has its own bathroom.

 Emma's closet. Hate her.

 Other downstairs bedroom for Maddie.


Bonus finished heated and cooled space behind the garage.

 The treehouse.

 The covered back porch.

Isn't it dreamy? Sweet Hubby and I could happily spend summer evenings in that swing. The backyard overlooks the town green space so the view is beautiful. It's like country in the backyard, town in the front. Also, it's only one street off of Main St. Did I mention it is on the same street we are renting on?

Did I mention that as of about 45 minutes ago we have a signed contract on this house? Our house.
