Wrapping it Up

I'm almost done with my Christmas shopping, just 2 gifts left to buy-a new record for me. What a relief to not have that stress hanging over me. I've finally started wrapping up those presents & now there is something to put under the tree. It really is beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here.
I'm so inspired by the simplicity of these inspiration pictures above (from Country Home). I love the casual festiveness of it all. Festiveness. I'm sure that's a word. In the spirit of keeping it simple, I gathered up these adornments and am getting to work. Now my gifts are starting to look as festive as I feel.
*********************************************************** Speaking of presents, my sweet friend Carrie recently gave birth to a healthy, beautiful baby girl named Sophia. I know several of you were following her story and would want to know that she got her well-deserved happily ever after.
